Agreement of Sale.  Staging.  Title searches.  Payoffs.   You have experienced these when you bought your home.  Now, you will get even better at knowing their meaning.

Valuation of Your Property:

What is the approximate value of your home in today’s market?  The book definition is ‘what a buyer is willing to pay and what a seller is willing to accept.  We can calculate the approximate value of your property.  A CMA (Comparative Market Analysis is a tool that real estate agents use to estimate the value of a specific property by evaluating similar ones that have recently sold in the same area).  We then examine the competing properties on the market now to determine a price.  

Promoting your property:

The world needs to know your property is available for their goal.  Without promotion, something terrible happens… nothing!  – P. T. Barnum  We use every bit of communication available to blast it to the planet.  Internet, social media, email blasts, networking and tapping into our referral network of other realtors all over the country.  

Showing off your property:

Will Rogers: “You never get a second chance to make a first impression.”  The property needs to get the wow from everyone who first walks in.  There are many ways to do this and keep it simple.  From de-cluttering to cleaning windows and changing light bulbs and so much or so little more.  Consider staging (good arrangement of your furniture, or installing temporary items).

Respect your property:

Proactively ordering inspections prior to the listing will help make a smooth transaction.  You will gain by at least two advantage points:

Learn the condition of the property and fine-tune it.  Show prospective buyers your caring for the property, wanting to deliver it in good condition, and respecting their time by preparing it for their consideration.   

Minor Bumps in the Road:
